Reception structure

To ensure our guests enjoy an exclusive, private and seamlessly curated experience, the welcome arrangements are organised as follows:

Arrival – Departure
3:00 PM: Check-in
11:00 AM: Check-out

Rental Rates
From CHF 250.00 to CHF 550.00 per day during the Christmas period.
Cleaning, bed linen and towels are included in the rental price.
Replacement linen and towels are provided for stays of two weeks.

Additional Costs
Visitor’s tax: CHF 4.00 per person, per day.

Payment Terms
30% deposit upon signing of the rental agreement.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.

Bank Details
Provided within the rental agreement.

Security Deposit
A deposit of CHF 1,000.00 (one thousand Swiss francs) is required at check-in.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 60 days prior to arrival
30% due between 60 and 30 days
100% due less than 30 days prior to arrival
