To ensure an exclusive, private and carefully tailored experience for every guest, your stay has been organised as follows: 
Check-in & Check-out Check-in: From 3:00 pm Check-out: By 11:00 am 
Rates Rates vary according to the season, ranging from CHF 320 per night to CHF 570 per night during the Christmas holiday period. Bed linen, towels and final cleaning are included in the rental price. For stays of two weeks, a complimentary replacement set of bed linen and towels is provided. 
Visitor’s Tax CHF 4.00 per person, per night. 
Reservation & Payment A 30% deposit is payable upon signing the rental agreement. The remaining balance is due 30 days before your arrival. 
Bank Details Our bank details are provided together with the rental agreement. 
Security Deposit A refundable security deposit of CHF 1,000 is required upon arrival. 
Cancellation Policy • Free cancellation up to 60 days before arrival. • 30% of the rental amount is payable for cancellations made between 60 and 30 days before arrival. • 100% of the rental amount is payable for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.
